This works great on my computer, (using OS 9.1) but someone else in the office is having difficulty. (his computer OS system has been dissected by a computer consultant - burying OS10, while making Mac OS 9.2.2 working......could this be his problem? or is there something else I could do to help him?) Guest Posted March 14, 2003 Share Posted March 14, 2003 If they cannot get the default font or current font to work with the ID tag, there is probably something wrong with that font, or another font in the fonts folder. What font are they using ? Can they create text blocks in the drawing with that font, or do those appear as a different font? Quote Link to comment
Katerina Posted March 14, 2003 Author Share Posted March 14, 2003 Hi Katie, Thanks for the response. That font worked fine in the drawing. I just replaced his entire plug-ins folder with the same contents as mine, and everything seems to work O.K. now. I think when his computer updated to 10.1, something happened. I had problems before updating 3 computers in the office that have OS10 hidding, and all 3 installations acted the same weird way. No clue what really happened, but I got it to work now.
