Dubman Posted April 30, 2015 Share Posted April 30, 2015 I keep locking up & having to Control Alt Delete to close the program. Its showing VectorWorks running & the snap Loop running. What is the file name to do a diagnostic of my computer so I can send it to you. I have been locking up the program at least once in a 10 hour day & sometimes twice, I'm only doing 2D drawings. Dubman Posted April 30, 2015 Author Share Posted April 30, 2015 Thanks, that is what I needed, attached is the results. It seems to have something to do with the snapping palette. When I run the Task Manage to close the program it shows VW is running & then a second icon of Snapping & have a problem in closing either. Also when I minimize VW I sometimes still see the Snapping Palette still on my desk top. Thanks for any advise! Quote Link to comment
