Viveca
I have modelled a piece of fine architecture. Now I want to save it as drawings. Do I save them in new layers or as new files? Quote Link to comment
Guest
By "drawings" do you mean Dxf or Dwg files? Is all of the furniture in one file across layers and classes? Are you using sheets in this drawing? Quote Link to comment
Viveca
No, I meen within VW. A "sheet" with, say, a plan, 2 elevations and a site plan, that will stay the way I made it to be printed out again and again. I?m looking for the best way to handle a project. Sheets in VW seems to just save settings. Quote Link to comment
Guest
Sheets are a saved view of a combination of classes and layers. Every object is assigned to a class and layer. I don't quite understand what you are asking. Do you just want to save the work you have and be able to go back to that style meanwhile changing the way the furniture looks now? Quote Link to comment
