I was able to install 2015 on my home computer with no problems & its set up very close to the same as my office computer. The error code means there is a conflict with another program on my office computer, but can not figure out which it is. I do have the 2014 SketchUp on my office computer & the 2013 still on my home computer. Could this be the problem ? Quote Link to comment

I have tried this yesterday after tech support thru my service select & they had me remover all microsoft visual C+++ file before reinstalling the new ones. Its really crazy that I was able to install on my home computer with no problems with both computers being basically the same. I have a directx diagnostic report & screen shot of program list with versions of both computers if it would help. Quote Link to comment

Dubman Posted September 26, 2014 Author Share Posted September 26, 2014 Got it fixed & VW 2015 now opens & works!!!!! Yepeeeeee! I've been researching the error code & the driver dll problems. I tried a RegPro Cure program but it did not work, then I found a Youtube video that shows a alo210.zip file to download from Mediafire.com. In running this program it said the was errors with the C++ files, but after it finished & rebooted, VW 2015 now works. Thanks for your help! Quote Link to comment

I ve tried all the solution you propose above Even the aio.zip didn't work. I ve tried to: reinstal direct x frame work update to Windows 10 replace de DLL reinstal the software ...
