But everytime I try to start the program, it crashed with this BEX error, can someone please help? Thx. SonnyLuong Posted September 2, 2014 Share Posted September 2, 2014 I think you might have to call Tech Support for this issue. Have you recently installed any new apps. on your machine. I one time install "MyPC Backup" and VW didn't like it, so it won't start. More likely it's a software conflict issue. Quote Link to comment

However, with all other applications closed, download and install the latest service pack for that version: http://www.vectorworks.net/downloads/ServicePack.php?major=2014&servicepack=4 Then reboot and try launching Vectorworks again.
