Open 2 Files in VW 10 --> Crash

This is a message to anyone that is having the crashing problem when attempting to open 2 files at the same time.

There have been some reports of users on Win2k, Xp and NT where the program will crash with a C++ Runtime Error when they attempt to open a second file either by going to File>Open or double clicking on a file while a file is already open in VW.

Question --

Those of you that are experiencing this problem, do you have Adobe distiller set up as a printer?

If so, when VW launches with Untitled 1, go to File>Print Setup. Is the printer set to Distiller?

If this is your case, we have a workaround until the problem is addressed.

Launch VW and Untitled 1 opens. Go to File>Print Setup and change the printer to anything BUT distiller. You should then be able to open multiple files.

If you do not have Distiller installed on the computer, please send information in to us so we can futher asses the problem at hand.
