When exporting to PDF (batch,) it is not currently possible to sort the list in the resulting dialog box by sheet sort order. I assume that this is because ability to sort sheet order is a relatively new addition.
Still, it seems silly that we can set a sort order for the sheets but then can't use that sort order when batch exporting to PDF.
