Lightwright Data Exchange Issue

Greetings,

I am using Lightwright Data Exchange with Vectorworks 2010 and LW5. Everything works fine except that is doesn't sync accessories.

It syncs everything else perfectly.

I have also made sure that my symbols are Static Accessories and that they are linked to the correct Lights.

I also sent copies of my .lw5 .xml .vwx files to a friend and he has no issues synching accessories!

I am using Windows7 and he's under Mac OSX

Anyone has any clue what could be the issue?

I have the same issue with Address and Universe info not crossing over from VW to LW. I am running VW 2017 on a surface book with an i7 processor. And LW 6. Not only does the data not show up but when I look back into VW, my addresses have disappeared. What do I do?
