windtravels
Hi, When I change the class of an object or multiple objects it changes the colour settings of the object to that of the class. Is there a way to stop this happening? I want all the objects to keep their colours but change class. I have 'use at creation' unticked. Thanks. Quote Link to comment
Dieter @ DWorks
When you draw the object, make sure the attributes aren't by class. Look at the attributes palette when the object is selected. There will be arrows on the attributes when it's by class. To remove the by class for all attributes, click the arrow at the bottom of the pallete to open up a quick menu. Or you could set the classes attributes the same. I don't think it's a good practice to use attributes not by class. Viewport overrides are so powerfull that it's better that you do it.
