Wes Goforth
I'm working on a historic church structure. Having trouble creating and inserting a couple of large (20' diameter) rose windows (stained glass) as either symbol or window in wall. How would I create (or find) this window object? No sill since its perfectly circular. Thanks. Wes Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted October 2, 2011 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted October 2, 2011 You'll have to make a symbol for this. Think about how you want it to look in plan -- will you be doing an upper wall cut? Or is this strictly for the elevation / model? Generally, you just want to model it as accurately as you can. You'll probably want to use transparent textures for the stained glass. If you have reasonably accurate head-on digital photos, you can use them. Quote Link to comment
