I wish you could extrude 2D symbols, both as simple extrusions and as extrude-along-paths. This would be especially helpful when it comes to things such as molding profiles, so that the moldings in a project could be universally changed without having to edit each and every instance of the extrudes and/or extrude-along-paths that are based on them.
