cad@sggsa
Good day all I seem to have a problem to download the 12.5.3 updater from the NNA Site. Had to re-install VW and thus have to redo the update to SP3. I have tried several times to download, it either brings up the window as it should to select Open, Save or cancel, I select Open; That window disappears and it keeps on saying conneting and eventually pops up with a message to say the downladed zip file is corrupt. or when you click on the download tab it takes you to a new window, completely white with a error message.Service Unavailable Please could someone see to this. Larry B.
Hi Carl, I also had problems, and it was my AVG Firewall. I didn't want to change my settings to "allow all" incoming and outgoing internet traffic, but that is what I had to do. After the update, I changed the settings back. Windows, VW 12.5.3. Ray Libby
You should Save the download, not Open. Quote Link to comment

Ray Libby
It doesn't matter where you save it. It's good practice and a lot of security software (as well as Vista) will not let you open things directly from download. Quote Link to comment
