Chained Dimension Tool VW2008

Although the chained dimension tool is in the plugins folder (VW2008) I can not seem to find it in the workspace editor and hence not in the Dim. tool bar. Am I overlooking something or is it in a different location now.

Chain dimensioning is a mode of the Constrained and Unconstrained Dimension Tools and is in all workspaces by default (Dim/Notes Tool Set)

What is strange to me is that I can not find it in the Dim/Notes Tool Set as I know it normally is nor do I find it showing up in the all tools folder of the workspace editor. The plugin however does appear in the main plugins folder.

Go to the Dim/Notes tool set

The first two tools are Constrained and Unconstrained Dimensions.

Choose one of these tools

Go to the mode bar and choose the 2nd mode
