Evidently the Notes Manager tool was not updated, from previous versions of VW, with the introduction of Viewports, such that notes in Viewports can't be reconcilled/automatically updated when changes are made to the database. It would be ideal if these notes could be reconcilled, particularly since the annotations mode of Viewports is a primary means of placing drawing notes, at least in how I'm using VW and (if memory serves correctly) as recommended in the VW tutorial CDs.
