orangehand Posted October 27, 2006 Share Posted October 27, 2006 My Architect client has 20-odd seats of VW fundamentals 11 & 12. They have just reported that 2 or 3 users files have become unreadable, giving error message of "file is damaged,will open as much info as possible" Nothing opens and when I tested it on my VW12.0.1 it crashes the app. They report identical experiences. Guest Posted October 27, 2006 Share Posted October 27, 2006 The first thing to do is to update all 12 versions to 12.5. If you have files that are larger than 0k, send them to tech@nemetschek.net and someone can attempt to recover the file. Quote Link to comment
