If you are crashing when opening a second file in VW 10.1.2 or 10.1.0 AND you have Adobe Distiller - either version 5, 5.5 or 6 installed, please do us a favor.
Launch VW - go to File>Print Setup and take a screen shot of the Print Setup dialog box.
Please include your version of Windows, version of VW, version of Adobe Distiller and whether this printer is set to the default printer in the Printers folder (control panel) or if another printer is the default printer.
If another printer is the default printer, please include the make and model of that printer as well.
