In a similar fashion to the Use at Creation checkbox used with classes, it would be good to have more independant control over text.
One thought might be to have text attributes assignable in classes; font, size, whether it can be flipped or not. It would at least be a good thing to be able to have the main body of text self-adjusted but be able to turn it off for certain blocks.
