garrettohler Posted May 2 Share Posted May 2 I had a interesting issue arise where a file in project sharing lost many of the data fields that were assigned. Fortunately, I have a backup copy of the file that can be used. I need to copy fields from the backup file to the main file, but the ID that the objects are assigned in the record are also wiped. Obviously, I need to have my tables sorted the same way to move the data properly. Is there a worksheet function that would show a unique object IDs that VectorWorks can see? That would allow me to sort these tables perfectly for this use. In the mean time, I'm attempting to use =CONCAT(XCENTER, ',', YCENTER) to create a sort of unique ID for the objects.
