Create worksheet with weight data

Hi VW forum!

My stage will be built on a platform. So I need to know the total weight of my stage. But when I try to do this by creating a report, I can`t get the results what I want. How can I create a weight report in a concise and accurate way?

you need to use value from Record with Layher symbols.

 

Layher symbols don´t include function Weight. Luckily those have record with Weight (kg) field. I hope you have same record in your base wood symbol. Also this get tricky very fast if you try to mix different objects. In your screenshot you have truss, lighting devices maybe something else? These all report weight in different field and in different units.

 

IMO best is to make report per item type and sum up from there different weights to get total weight. You can do multiple reports to one worksheet.
