I'm finding that section views cutting through transom windows render the lower glazing panel as solid jamb and only the transom is shown as glass (there are 3 examples in the attached image). I have "merge cross sections" selected to show a continuous cut line. I've played around with settings, but I'm not able to make it render properly. Also, the door at lower right in the image shows the transom glass as cut, but the glass in the door itself is not shown as being cut.
This viewport is not usable to us as-is. It will require a great deal of overlaying line-work to make it legible.
