I recently installed VW2024, (on a Mac Studio) and needed to update. The menu in VW offers a "Check for updates", from which you can start the updater. However, it seems you have to quit the updater in order to quit VW so that the updater can run. This seems a bit silly. Either allow one to quit VW while the updater, opened from VW is updated, or tell the user to quit VW and redirect them to the updater in Applications folder. Thank you
