Cabinet Tool - VWX 2024 - not allowed to customize drawer and door sizes as advertised

Using VWX 2024 Spotlight & the parametric cabinet tool.  I have specified Unstyled (and even went in to one version and selected "by instance" rather than by-class) but with each cabinet I use I find I can not alter or input the size (height) of the drawer or door...it appears to always be greyed out?  This is true no matter if I choose 'define item height' or 'opening height'.
I have looked this up in help, watched videos using this tool, etc.  to no avail.

Am I experiencing this due to being a Spotlight program user and not a Architect or Design program user, or am I just using the tool in correctly (or missing a checkbox that will allow customization)?
