I am an Exhibition Designer but I sometimes do work for consulting engineers showing pipe schematics in isometric. I have tried numerous options to get VectorWorks 8.5.1 to dimension in isometric in vain. The closet I've come was by creating various layers at different "Z" heights and putting my dimensions on these layers and then layer linking them. This works fine for the lengths and widths (except for the text) however how does one give the heights (the step up of the pipes).
Please make isometric dimensioning a feature in the next forthcoming release of VectorWorks.
