We have had a bug where one design layer (the layer that that was active when the files was last saved and closed) will intermittently (~5% of the time) change from the previous scale to 1:1 scale.
Approximately 50% if the time we get this first bug, we will get a 2nd bug where when we manually changing the design layer scale to the correct scale, when you click OK, it will change the scale of a different design layer to 1:1 scale.
We have found that we can get around it by changing the active design layer and NOT? saving the file and reopening the file. If the file is saved, it saves the bug and continues when opening the file. With my limited bug fixing experience, this tells me it's on the app level and not the file level?
I do not have a screencast of this happening but will try to get one.
