Buying perpetual licence VW Designer [2019 -- 2022]

I'm looking to buy a perpetual licence of Vectorworks Designer 2019 or 2020 or 2021 or 2022 for Mac.

I do want to check one thing before I engage with the actual purchase. Hope it's ok to post under the same tread.

 

Since I'm from Croatia and no local distributors exist there, am I still be able to purchase a perpetual licence from lets say UK and use it?

I contacted the international sales team on the matter (globalsales@vectorworks.net) but get no reply.

 

I understand that perpetual licence might be, or most likely is un-upgradable and that is fine, that is what I'm looking for.

 

My only concern is the licence origin; can I purchase any licence (UK, US, Canada etc.) without any restrictions and use it freely?
