  1. After using this program for the last 20+ years I'm really sick of it starting up and not putting the toolbars and palettes back where I left them the day before, every.single.time So I'm wondering if I can use Autohotkey (or s'thing similar) such that it will grab all the toolbars and palettes when VW starts up, and then place them in positions that I predefine on my other screen. But before I even start leanring Autohotkey I will need to know the handles of the various palettes & tool bars & dialogs, and worksheets I use, i.e.; • Resource manager • Object info • Basic • Attributes • Snapping How do I find the handles for these? I've searched widely on the forum and come up dry. ... and probably an impossibility; Handles of any open • Worksheets (without knowing their names beforehand). Like, is this information extractable by an application outside of VW? OR Could VW on start up run and automatic script to output all currently-open handle names to a text file so my putative autohotkey script can parse it and run it? I expect to use VW for at least the next five years before I manage to change to something else, so automating one daily hassle looks worthwhile - also there is the Opportunity to be able to place the toolbars exactly where I want every single time. The Hamma asking similar (for Mac) last year , to automate positioning it of VW and was told it was impossible.
  2. Hello everyone, is there any node to move the created object to zero coordinates ? Thanks in advance.
  3. I have a rectangle and it needs to sit at X, Y (0,0). I have several objects where their relationship to the square needs to stay intact. However, the square currently sits at -2.1', .007". Obviously, I can create a 3D loci at 0,0,0 and just move everything in relationship to that. However, is there a way to "parent" the objects to the rectangle (or another 3D loci for that matter, treating it as a null) and then just type in the desired X,Y positioning?
