Hello everyone After a clean install of a new system and Vision, I get a message, that Vision cannot load library from my C drive. See attached message. Have any experienced this problem? I am running on a newly build system, with Ryzen 9 5950x CPU. Best from Mathias vision

Best regards The following is happening to me, update vision 2021, I was able to open an old file without problems, when I want to change from the dmx provider to grandma, it tells me that I need the dongle. I put it in, and it tells me that my Service Select is expired, but I have it active. Even now I can't open the 2019 or 2020 version, only in demo form. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? Greetings. I am having the following problem. With Vision 2020, Grandma does not appear to me as a DMX provider. But when I use vision 2019, it seems and works perfect. Both versions work with Arnet. I have the vision dongle, I have the plug in the grandma for vision. I have installed and uninstalled vision 2020 and the plug in and the problem continues. Any ideas? From already thank you very much.
