  1. The curved walls still show a seam, but I guess I can live with that. Thank you. [img:left][/img]
  2. So I have two issues with my model, particularly when in hidden line mode. 1. Floor objects are showing thousands of extruded lines where curves appear, but are nice and smooth at regular angles. 2. Wall objects stack perfectly at regular angles, but the curved wall objects do not. Any suggestions? Thanks, Angie [img:left][/img]
  3. Do you know if you use this method to create horizontal Mullions in 2009? I have found that my Vertical Mullions are limited to three in the 2009 WindowWall Tool. Is stacking windows the only solution? Also, in 2009/2010 will this mullion method work on a Curved Wall? Thanks
  4. How about ('Door'.'NetGlazedArea') ? I tried adding this into my door schedule, but it's not working. I've also tried a couple variations of Glazed Area. Is there a secret to the wording in the formula? Thanks, Angie
  5. Vectorworks, please fix this ASAP. It is very unfortunate, indeed.
  6. I love symbols, but the one thing about symbols I don't like is: objects within a symbol do not show up on vectorworks schedules. In my experience, when you create a door schedule it will not recognize doors that have been converted to symbols or doors nested within symbols. All of these replies have been very helpful. Thank you.
  7. Thank you for the tip! Unfortunately, the "flip" option is only available when you insert a door into a 3D-wall, and currently our office is drawing it's floor plans in 2D. Very frustrating... Regardless, this explains a lot. I was afraid Vectorworks didn't have the option. Thanks.
  8. I updated to VWX 2008 with Leopard, however a computer in our office that is running VWX 2008 on Mac OS 10.4 is having the same issue. This computer does not have the Service Pack installed.
  9. Yes. If (SP1) means service pack, that is...
  10. Vector Works 13.0.0 (2008) Mac OS 10.5 (Leopard) sorry about that.
  11. Sorry, this is a new question on the same topic: On my door tags, I have tried checking the option to "Keep ID Horizontal", but if a door has been mirrored or flipped it, especially at an angle, it will not align to the page. Is there a way to change the swing of the door without using the mirror tool? Thanks,
  12. Our office just upgraded to VWXs 2008. We are using our template files from previous versions and we have found a snag... When viewing our sheets in "Black & White Only" all text turns black, regardless of its class color. Our title block contains text which is white on black backgrounds, however the sheets are printing black on black. (all black boxes) Is there a way around this issue, or we subject to altering our title block design so that all text can be visible on a white or shaded background?
