  1. I'm currently batch converting a large number of drawings. When I started it it ran through the drawings relatively quickly, other than periodically making me click OK. When it was done, it started going through the drawings again with no cancel button. Only this time it's going very slow, in fact from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM Today it went through a whopping 32 drawings. It doesn't seem to be modifying them in any way, and they've already been converted to 2010. So my question is, what is this second pass doing? If I let people work on these drawings will their work be overwritten? Can I just force quit the Application?
  2. Has anyone figured anything out with this? Several of our employees are also having this problem. Are either of you using network home folders? We are, I don't know if that would have anything to do with it or not.
  3. Also, I reset the permissions on the home folders to 777 and reinstalled Vectorworks from one of the non-working users. It also fails to run in one user account on the same machine where another works, which is why I think it's a user account problem.
  4. So far I've tested Vectorworks 2008 with 4 network users on Leopard. 2 work fine but 2 bounce a few times and then stop. No crash is reported in the crash log and nothing is reported in any of the other logs that I could find. Also, nothing is printed to the command line if I launch it from the command line. I've tried deleting the preferences (net.nemetschek.vectorworks.plist and net.nemetschek.vectorworks.spotlightimporter.plist) and the 2008 folder under Application support. Does anyone have any ideas about anything else to try?
