We have just purchased 4 copies of Architect & Fundamentals version 12.5.1 and are having an installation problem. Three copies have installed OK. The fourth is failing. The machine is running XP Pro SP2 with all of the current updates installed. The user has full administrator priveliges. There is plenty of RAM and diskspace.
The installation fails extracting the VectoWorks.exe file. I have tried different media, different CD drive and even copying the installaton files to hard disk but it alwya sfails at the same place.
Can anyone advise me as to where the problem may lie?
