    Hi Christiaan, Thanks for the prompt reply. I'm using version 12.5.1 on OS X 10.3.9 with a G4 PowerMac. I'm having a few technical problems so this is probably contributing to the loss in performance and I've since been told the problem isn't just limited to my computer. My apologies all for the irritation in my first post.

    As of 15 minutes ago I can no longer batch print using VW Architect. I receive the message 'The "IP Resource" file was not found.' I have changed no settings on my computer, have restarted twice, and have flashed the PRAM to no avail. What is the "IP Resource" file and how can I find it? Answers on the back of a postcard...
