  1. Was this bug fixed in 9.5.2? If not, when do you expect it to be fixed? Thank you.
  2. Katy solved this problem in another thread. You have to delete your VectorWorks preferences in REGEDIT. It worked for me.
  3. Mickey, It was NOT fixed in 9.5, I came by here today trying to see how to fix it, because it's driving me nuts too. It's not a "template" usage issue, it's a Vectorworks issue. It changes the Vectorworks preferences (click drag drawing, snap to loci, etc.) for no good reason. I'm going to do the regedit thing now, I'll let you know how it turns out! quote: Originally posted by mickey: I thought this was fixed with 9.5 since I hadn't seen it in awhile, but I guess I was wrong. When I start the program it launches with the default prefences. This is very frustrating especially since I change so many things from the default setup. Is there a way to resolve this?-Mickey
  4. I posted a message about this a couple weeks ago in the lighting forum, then I called tech support and spoke to two different people about this problem, and it's still not solved. I recently installed Spotlight. Now, whenever I try to open a drawing by double-clicking the saved file(drawing.mcd)the Vectoworks app. opens but drawing.mcd does not. I can open it by going to file pen: then exploring for the file, but this is incredibly inconvenient and time consuming. Any ideas how to fix this problem? Thanks!
  5. I installed Spotlight on my PC, and my file associations are gone, that is, if I try to open my drawings by double clicking the drawing itself, nothing happens. I tried rebuilding my file associations, but no luck yet. Darn, and I really wanted to figure out how the new program's going to work!
