Version 12.0 Windows XP I'm re-installing on this computer, and it installs disk 1,2,3 and at the 1st disc (2nd time around) it say's there's an error in the process, and uninstalls everything and quits. We got one callback from tech support, and they concluded it's because the disk in scratched. So the tech support say's to install it from the hard drive & directed us to the website.... Now we need directions on doing that. This is the only computer on the network without VW 12.0 Any suggestions ??? thanx, kristina
