After a crasch I don't see more the name of layers and classes in Palette Navigation. I see Layers in tool Organization but don't see their names in Navigation. I tried to reinstall VW2013 but no resolve. Someone can help me ? Thanks

Thanks Juan, I dowloaded SP4 from your link, but when I insert my serial number it said me it is invalid serial number. Pheraphs I need another SP4 or SP5 how you can see from thi image I attached. I think it would to be the Nov 12th 2013 - SP5 (Build 208227) Thanks

Hello, After a crash caused by a black-out my VectorWorks 2013 Design International version on Win10 don't work well. I cannot see the name of layers and classes in the palette navigation. I tried to disintall (manually because Win 10 don't see it in "App and functionality") and reistall from original CD but it don't work well same. Someone can help me ? Also I have not SP1/SP2/SP3 and don't find more these upgrades in internet. Someone have SP1/SP2/SP3 dowloaded ? Thanks
