Hello! I recently purchased an architect monthly license. My computer can only operate with the 2020 version, because it is a little old, and until last year I was able to update it without an issue. However, the new 2024 license does not display the 2020 serial number, what can i do? Could it be possible for me to cancel the new license I purchased and reactivate the old one with the 2020 version in it? please help..
