Hi, this may not be the right place to ask this, but I am a set design student and my VW is set to expire on the 14th of January. SheerID has somehow not been able to recognize any piece of proof I've given it that I am a student, and I have no idea what else to do. I attempted to create a new account, and faced the same issue with the SheerID even after giving it my transcripts, student card, schedule, etc. Is there a way around this? I emailed but am very anxious given this VW is absolutely essential to my degree.
