Thank you, that did the trick!

I am trying to install a third-party plug-in and having difficulty- file is in a zip still compressed. I followed all directions on from the plug-in site but every time I click the install button under the third-party plug ins tab, no pop up window appears so I can't import the file. Is the file type wrong (would a .vwlibrary file work better?) Do I need to manually put the file in the Vectorworks plug-in folder? Right now it is just on my desktop. I am on a Mac running Vectorworks 2023 if that helps.
