  1. Temporarily disable any antivirus or security software running on your computer. Sometimes, these programs can interfere with the installation process and prevent certain files from being written. After disabling the software, try running the installer again.
  2. Run the installer as an administrator: Right-click on the installer file and select "Run as administrator" from the context menu. This ensures that the installation process has the necessary permissions to write files to the system.
