I'm relatively new to vectorworks, but a lecturer in event technology.
I'm guiding students through basic use of vectorworks and I'm encountering an LED wall tool issue, I wonder if it's a graphics card issue or something?
Essentially where on my computer I can see content I add to the video wall (via resource manager), some of my students machines show up with a gold-ish surface instead of the content. I can't find a simple explaination for this anywhere, I wondered if anyone has combatted this?

This is the issue image shown below. a piece of content is selected, but will not show.
I have noted that the renderworks components seem to be missing? Maybe that's the issue?
This same machine won't allow me to add a new renderworks texture - the option is not present..
Is there a way to resolve this?
