I have installed Vectorworks 2022 onto the machines in our teaching lab. However I am getting the ‘Error loading Vision Library’ message on start up. I ran the Vectorworks 2022 Updater – Advanced Options – Repair. After doing so I got the message: ‘An unknown error has occurred. Please contact technical support.’
Machine details:
OS: macOS 13.3.1
Chip: Apple M1 Max
RAM: 32 GB
Any advice appreciated.
