    I've tried this before. It doesn't actually reduce the amount of data VW sifts through. I'm talking about stripping objects of their "lighting device" status entirely.

    I know how to convert multiple objects FROM symbols TO lighting devices, but is there a way to do this in reverse? I'm trying to simplify a document that will need 20k+ lighting devices.
