  1. Thanks @Tom W., that seems to have solved it. With mirroring turned off, each data field and its respective label are now oriented correctly with respect to one another. Here is an image: EDIT: the below issue was resolved within Advanced Viewport Properties by turning off the Adjust flipped text checkbox. ~~~ Unfortunately, when I enter a sheet layer and view the same data tag through a viewport, they are reversed again. Do viewports have separate text-orientation controls? Thanks!
  2. Hello! I'm fairly new to Vectorworks and am running into some confusion around how to create labels for a symbol which work with label on the left side of the symbol and on the right. I have a symbol with a simple record attached (indicating a port # and lighting dimmer address). I want to have text which indicated the port # and dimmer address. I would like these data fields to be labelled (i.e. with "Port #: " and "Dimmer(s): ") next to the actual data. I've managed to create this in two ways: using text fields linked to the record AND using data tags. In both cases, the position of the label (i.e. "Port #: ") and the data (i.e. "123") are swapped when displayed in a reverse direction. Is there any way to avoid this. Images below: Correct orientation: Incorrect Orientation: Any thoughts on how to create reversible data tags or alternate approaches to labeling these symbols? Thanks much!
