Hoping to find information on how to reinstall my Vectorworks 2020 version. My Vectorworks program was working fine until I upgraded my Mac desktop to the newest software "Ventura". Apparently the 2020 version is only compatible with the software "Big Sur".... After researching and speaking to many technical support people from both Vectorworks & Apple support, the only solution (that didn't cost an arm and a leg and if I ever wanted to run my PERPETUAL license of vectorworks 2020) was to downgrade my software back to "Big Sur". So I did exactly that.
That being said, I backed everything up through Time Machine on an external hard drive, and now trying to figure out how to REINSTALL my program.
Is there a direct link where I can insert my license number? It should be an easy step from here but I can't quite figure it out. Any relevant advice would be helpful.
