  1. We've just got a Windows host/server set up internally running the Vectorworks Project Sharing Server - all great, simple enough to use and there's some good guides on creating projects and the process of Project Sharing. However, I cannot find for the life of me, any documentation on maintaining the Project Sharing Server. In particular, things like: How to delete projects that are completed/ready to archive? Can this just be done via Windows Explorer? Is there any way to do this from VWX - i.e. without access to the server? If a project needs to be moved to another directory - can it be? (Or do you need to 'Save a Copy As' then create a new shared project in the new location?). Is there any database admin, clean up or regular maintenance required in the back end? Is there a maximum number of projects recommended at any one time (not necessarily actively worked on at any one time, but are there any limits other than hard drive space and network speed?) Thanks all!
