Hi, I have read the explanation on Vectorworks for those two items. But I still don't understand the difference. I have issue with the psi, the calculated data do what I expected, while the design psi drop from one valve to another for 20 psi. Thanks I'm using the educational version of Vectorworks 2021.

Thank you. Yes, my issue is more general. When I tried to connect the secondary pipe to the drip line I have difficulty because the drip line does not highlight, if it does not highlight it means I can't connect them. It took a while for the drip line to highlight (turning red).

Thank you. I have another question. I have difficulty connecting the drip line with the secondary pipe. I have difficulty to select the drip line when I'm running the secondary pipe. The drip line should turn red , but it doesn't. Otherwise the object (drip line) show not to be connected to network.

Hi, I have been using drip area to fill up an area with drip line irrigation. I have this area , I attached a sketch, where I need to add drip line that contour the area , not horizontal or vertical or diagonal . I tried with the option custom drip area, but I don't think it's working. Thanks irrigation troubleshooting.docx

Thank you Jeff. As I said I'm new to Vectorworks and I guess I started from the end with my project. I'm working with Vectorworks 2021. I opened your VWX and tried to export it in PDF , I should be able to do it I guess. The PDF I export is blank. I will look at other classes in Vectorworks University , as far as now I just focused on the irrigation one. Could you send me a screenshot of your setting when exporting a PDF or something similar that can help me. Thanks Carlotta

Hi, I'd like to use the tool Hydrozone on an existing area with irrigation already. Is it possible ? If the area has irrigation design already when I add the hydorzone , the area of the hydrozone is not transparent and it covered the existing irrigation design. Let me know if it's an option. Hi, I'm new with Vectorworks. I need to export a PDF version of my work. I add an irrigation design on a already existent design create in CAD. I did convert from a DWG file first and now I have a VWX. How can I export in PDF ? When I tried the PDF only show few labels, not even the design I started with. Hi, I'm having issue with friction loss calculation. I connected my POC to my first component with a main line. When I checked on my pipe in the object with all the calculation are in I don't see the friction loss been calculated. Thanks
