    well i get told to contact vw education support and they never respond

    cant get to vectorworks preferences because i cant access any menus and when i right click one anywhere it hangs and then i have to force close and when i tried to do no2 it didn't work and no3 also doesn't work. here are the logs machine_uuid.txt VW User Log Sent.txt VW User Log.txt

    It is a dell g3 3590 with a i7 9th gen and a gtx1650 and 8 gb ram on windows

    hi all, I'm new to vector works and whenever I try to do the basics such as right click or open a dropdown menu it hangs and then i have to force stop the program and ideas on what might be the problem?
