Thanks, I did do the usual double click etc to annotate, but I will take another look when I get back onto it. Thank you for the responses. I'll let you know how it goes.

I've created a couple of viewports, it's the same planting plan and view port just rotated, but i want to increase the size of it in one of the viewports. I've altered the scale but i don't want the words so large as they now don't fit on the sheet. For some reason i can't edit either viewport now. I just want to change the size of the font! It's probably very simple but i seem to have lost the ability to edit it.
