    @JuanP @Jen Hart Hi! I'm in a similar situation to other people in this thread, I was hoping that I could get my extension request expedited, or if there is anything else I need to update on my account to help the processing go faster? I'd really appreciate the help, if at all possible! Thanks!

    I've gotten myself into a little bit of a pinch. I need to make an edit to a lighting plot for my university, but I failed to realize that my account had expired. I reuploaded my student ID, but am still waiting on processing. Is there any way to speed up the process?
