The files will not download, neither here nor within the tutorial. I disabled a popup blocker, but still no download.

I've installed Architect 2022 I'm attempting to follow a workflows tutorial and only see 7 template suggestions in the File>New dialog... Architect, Blank, Fundamentals, Interior. I'd like to open a BIM.sta file. Im wondering if my installation is flawed, are BIM templates part of premium content, which I didnt buy, or am i just looking in the wrong place. My computer is a PC I've searched in the program files. And performed a search for files containing .sta, finding nothing.
