    Hello, I am also encountering the same issue in requesting an extension, but also in need of updating to another version of Vectorworks. I am a student using Vectorworks 2020 and am assisting a professor who drafts in Vectorworks 2021. There have been issues in sharing files when converting the 2021 drafting into 2020, and am hoping that I could possibly upgrade to download 2021 while extending my license. Thank you!
